Training Videos and Demos

- The primary development course.
- Course: Inspection System
- Tutorials covering the configuration of the Partner Inspection System.
- Course: Map Translator (4.4)
- Course covering the upcoming Map Translator based on 4.4 and the Workbench - still in development.
- Field Designer
- This is a link to Field Designer "howto" documents. These documents contain step-by-step instructions on various features and actions in the Field Designer software.
- Map Translator
- This is an advanced class designed for mapping people (GIS coordinators, system engineers, IT technicians and CAD drafters), those who regularly edit and maintain the company maps. It will assist students in maximizing the potential of the Partner 4.0 Map Translator in your organization.
- Configuration Manager
- This class is intended to introduce the system and help attendees develop a methodology for diagramming your current workflow, transferring that diagram into Partner Web database queries, and setting up group and user permissions to utilize those queries. It is two days, and targeted a fairly technical audience.
- Work Flow and the Partner Web
- This class is intended to introduce the system and help attendees develop a methodology for diagramming your current workflow, transferring that diagram into Partner Web database queries, and setting up group and user permissions to utilize those queries. It is two days, and targeted a fairly technical audience.
- Partner System Administration
- This manual is written for administrators of the Partner Software system. It covers installation, configuration, network issues, performance, troubleshooting, and maintenance, primarily of Partner Software 3.7x software. Customers with the full Partner 3.7 system are the primary audience, though customers only running the 3.7 Map Viewer/Operations Manager may benefit from the troubleshooting guide.
- Staking Buddy
- This tutorial takes you through every step you need to get Staking Buddy working, from choosing the right hardware to importing Staking Buddy jobs into the Field Designer.
- Operations and Dispatch
- Most of our customers purchase the Partner system for their engineering department, and our emphasis has traditionally been on engineering, staking, mapping, and work order management. However, the Map Viewer and Operations Manager applications, especially with the advent of version 4.0, can be used for a variety of tasks in the operations section of a utility, especially in the dispatch room. In this class we will look at a wide variety of products and technologies which can be integrated with Partner to make your operations and dispatching more efficient and effective.
- MultiSpeak Staking-to-GIS
- This class is designed for people configuring and/or using the staking-to-GIS interface. This class will provide an understanding how the interface works and how to configure and extend the interface. We assume that the student has used the Partner System and is familiar with the Map Translator, the Field Designer and the Configuration Manager.
- Introduction to Configuring a Field Designer Installation

- Course: Log triage
- Instruction, recommendation and strategy for troubleshooting Partner errors.
