Printing in color

I have one workstation that will only print PDF in red, I have printed same job from other workstations to same printer and they print in color. I have checked the printer settings in Quick print, file printer, and the html pdf. all seems to be ok.
Any suggestions?

Only for that machine? Does it only print red for PDF's, or for everything printed from Partner?

Since it's only that machine, you should check to make sure that your printer drivers are up to date. If the PDF looks correct in whatever PDF reader you are using, then the color mixup is taking place between the reader and you printer.

Printing out of the actual Partner program itself the designs print color, it is when we create the html pdf that it prints red the blue and green do not show(like a grey color).

Sounds like an issue with your PDF reader. Check to make sure you are using the latest version, and that you have the most up to date drivers for your printer. Both should be available online.

You might also try a different reader. If you are using Adobe, you might try free reader called Foxit:
